The Spenco Men’s Plantar Fascia insole features a rearfoot stability plate that helps relieve pain from repeated stretching, minor tears and inflammation of the plantar fascia. Targeted arch support helps reduce tension and stress on the plantar fascia for faster healing and overall feet health. Forefoot perforations increase flexibility and air flow for more breathability. Industry leading Spenco shock absorbing foam keeps your foot comfortable throughout the day and can be used in any athletic, running or walking shoes with removable insoles. This insole is intended to fit men’s shoes size 7-13 and may be trimmed as needed for a true custom fit. To trim, simply remove the existing insole from your shoe, line it up with your new Spenco Plantar Fascia insole as a guide and trace with a ballpoint pen. Carefully cut with a sharp pair of scissors, then insert into your shoe with the top side up.
